Scott Jackson presents his friend, Emmanuel Kemiji M.S., to give guests the ultimate experience: fine wine perfectly paired with a five course dinner. Emmanuel Kemiji, born in the United States and raised in Spain and England, is a graduate of the University of California at Davis. In addition to Economics and Spanish Literature degrees, he studied Viticulture and Oenology, leading to the formation of Miura Vineyards in 1995. Along with being the owner of Miura Vineyards Emmanuel acted as The Ritz-Carlton Director of Wine and Spirits from 1988 to 1999. In 1998 he became the twelfth American to pass the Master Sommelier exam and one of only ten to date to pass on his first attempt! This highly awarded sommelier will guide guests through wines expertly paired with courses designed by Executive Chef Zacchaeus Golden.
